We had a great stay, everything was as listing showed. Nice, big and clean. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach was ideal, so we didn't have to find parking. We enjoyed walking over for ice cream every night. There was 9 of us staying at the house and we never ran out of hot water when showering. Plenty of sleeping arrangements.
Pool was very clean and temperature was perfect, lots of outdoor seating. We were able to fish from the dock with success. Daily dolphin siting, morning and evenings off the dock. We used the kayaks - and the beach wagon, chairs & towels, so nice not having to worry about purchasing for our stay.
Nice little places we enjoyed nearby - Kooky Coconut, Crabbys, The Grove, Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee, and Indian Rocks Tackle & Bait Shop.
