Walk to it all from this open floor plan downtown Austin loft that provides 2 stories of space for 1-4 guests. Our apartment has stained concrete floors, brand new furnishings, stainless appliances, a full sized kitchen, cable TV, FREE Wi-Fi, and a private balcony that overlooks downtown.

SLEEPING:  There are two sleeping areas in this loft. In the upstairs sleeping space there is a queen bed, on the entry level there is a day bed with trundle providing two twin beds. Sleeping space is stylishly appointed with comfortable bedding. 

WALK TO:  This condo puts you in the very heart of downtown Austin. You can easily walk to:
  • Convention Center
  • Austin Visitor's Center
  • 6th Street entertainment district
  • State Capitol
  • Town Lake
  • Congress Street 'Bat' Bridge
  • Historic Paramount Theater
  • Museums
  • Plus 100's of restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions.

TRANSPORTATION:  This truly is a 'car optional' property. For guests arriving from the airport, there is a $1.75 shuttle from the airport that drops off at the convention center, only a few blocks away from our loft. There is an attached parking garage, and we have a limited number of discounted parking passes that we offer our guests!

DOWNTOWN LIVING: This home is right on 6th Street so you have direct access to one of the most popular streets in the 'Live Music Capitol of the World' where there are countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you don't feel like going out, many local restaurants, shops and grocery stores deliver to this building, including the flagship Whole Foods Market.  

This is a great location and a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Austin – you can be a part of it all! While this is a super convenient location, it is definitely not quiet. The bars, restaurants, and music venues do stay open until 2 am or later. If this does not seem like the perfect fit for you, we do have other homes in quieter neighborhoods.

This truly is a 'car optional' property. Your stay will be right on 6th Street in the middle of downtown surrounded by many high end hotels. For less than 1 hotel room across the street, you can have our whole apartment! This apartment has stained concrete floors, brand new furnishings, stainless appliances, full sized kitchen, cable TV, FREE WiFi and private balcony that overlooks downtown. Come check it out!

This is a non-smoking home and pets are considered on a case by case basis. Our home accommodates a maximum of 4 people, but our rates are based on 2 guests with an additional $10/night/guest fee for up to 4 guests total. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $60.00 is charged per reservation. All reservations require a $100.00 security deposit to secure your reservation.
