Standard Rental Rates
Prices shown are for up to 4 people. $15 per night, plus tax, for each addition person over 4. Pets are $10 extra per night each, plus tax. Cleaning fee is $75.
Rates vary depending on
season with High season being Octobeer 1 thru May 30th. The longer your stay, the lower your rate, with discounts
increasing on 1 week, 30 days and 90 days. Your reservation total
includes; rent, and Florida Transient tax of 10%.
RESERVATION: On stays less than
30 days, a nonrefundable 35% deposit is required to reserve your dates,
unless; your arrival date is within 60 days, in which case the full
amount is due, or, your reservation total is $500 or less, in which
case, the full amount will be charged.
EXTENDED STAY
RESERVATIONS: (stays over 30 days): Payment for your first 30 days is
required at time of booking to reserve a home for extended stay. A
credit card is required to hold a reservation. If sending a check, a
deposit of $500 may be held against your card to allow time for a check
to be received. Failure to receive a check within 10 days of booking
will forfeit your $500 hold fee and your reservation will be released.
Unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing, Extended stay reservations must be
paid in full 30 days before arrival and 30 days before each consecutive
stay.
IMPORTANT:
We offer discounts on extended-stay that are only valid if your stay is
over 30 days. In the event of cancellation that shortens stay to less
than 30 days, your invoice will be changed to reflect the higher day
rate. If renting extended stay,
with an open departure, 30 days notice is required that will go into
effect on the 1st of the month after notice is received.

NO-SMOKING: All Welcome Home Vacation Rentals are non-smoking facilities, requiring that you smoke outside and dispose of all cigarette butts in marked containers. If you smoke inside,the following fees WILL apply.
A Minimum of $600 (possibly more) will be Charged To Your Credit Card For Smoking Inside
$100 for stripping all linens, photos, curtains and blinds to have them washed down to remove odor.
$100 to wash down walls to remove smoke
$200 for Carpet Cleaning with special smoke removal
$100 for 24 hour Ionizer Rental to Remove Odor in Room
$100 just because you’ve made me mad as a riled up Florida Alligator!
