Many parts of the mansion are updated.  For example, a completely NEW Master Bath!  Gourmet and updated kitchen makes meal time a breeze while you relax with your guests in the front parlor.   With a massive old style Front Porch that only a historic mansion such as this can provide, this property features much green space, with nearly an acre of ground and includes a PRIVATE Pool in the rear of the mansion.

A beautiful house!

The Historic Bonnie Bank Manor was an absolute delight. We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed all of the original details and the spaciousness of this house. So glad we were able to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the Coco Beach area!

Relax at the river

We stayed at this really lovely and period authentic home with 2 other adult couples. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us and the individual accommodations were very nice. The home is tastefully decorated in a manner consistent with its heritage. Everything that we needed was provided. After early dinners in the many restaurant selections in the area, we retired to the front porch with our wine and just appreciated the river view and the tranquility. Fishing from the boat dock in the early mornings and late afternoons was good if you happen to like that activity and I do. Caught something every time I went out. I don't know if we will find ourselves in Rockledge again but if we do we will certainly stay here again if it's available.

Historic Bonnie Bank

We loved our stay at this historic property. It is a large home that is well equipped (especially the kitchen) with lots of seating and it is able to accomodate a crowd comfortably. We hosted a brunch after our mother in- law's 80th birthday celebration with ease. The favorite hangout spot, morning, noon and night, was the lovely, large front porch. Watching the birds in the live oaks and the amazing river views as the sun climbed in the sky each morning and walking the quite road along the river into historic Cocoa village to browse the great shops were favorite pass times. You can also rent bikes in the village. (The river road is a favorite with local bikers) We saw dolphin every day, off the dock and watched a space launch. The owners personal touches can be felt and seen throughout the home making it feel more like a home away from home much more so than a typical rental. We will be back.

The moon-lit river is superb

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bonnie Bank Manor. The manor is very well kept for being 100 years old. Wow! We took advantage of the large front porch to watch the sunrise and the evening moon-lit river. Sitting on the porch and taking in the landscape makes you imagine what it would have been like to be wealthy back in the early 1900's when the home was built. The bedroom and bathrooms are spacious, decorated nicely and the beds are comfortable. The communication with the property manager was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. We're talking about coming back for a Thanksgiving trip. Thank you!
