***Just a Reminder: The lighthouse DOES NOT HAVE HOUSEKEEPING to clean between renters. The out-going renter is responsible for ALL clean-up for the next renter. Failure to do so will result in being prohibited from future access. With that said...in-coming renters should also be wiping down their unit to ensure living quarters are sanitized as well. If we are low on cleaning supplies contact the local lighthouse keeper. If the last renter left a mess...please let us know***

Active duty (Full time) military members and their family have first priority and may reserve the cottage up to 180 days out.
Disabled VIC Holders/Part time Guard/ Part time Reserve/ Retired Military) may reserve the cottage up to 120 days out.
**Circumventing rules will lead to being disqualified of rental privileges**
Payment will be charged 2 weeks prior to your rental date.
To prevent fraud the military person renting and credit card info must match. All refunds will be done via check.
