Great Experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 504 in the Miramar Condos on the 5th floor, above the Courtyard Marriot. It was quiet and clean, and had a nice view of the boardwalk and ocean from the deck. The thing that we found strange was that the king size bed, with attached bathroom, was not the master bedroom, as we had thought before check-in. It also had an entrance from the living room. The master bedroom had two queen size beds, and attached bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is large and has plenty of storage space. The furniture is beginning to show some normal wear, but it didn't affect the over all comfort of the unit. The Miramar is right on the boardwalk and beach. There's parking below the building, as well as, across the street. Would we return to this unit again? Absolutely!

Great Family Vacation

We stayed a week at the Miramar condos which are in the Marriott Courtyard. We were in a two bedroom unit and it was spacious and very clean. It is also very new. We ordered the maid service which is $75 per day and expensive but we felt it worth it as they give you new towels, make the beds, clean the bathrooms, vacuum, mop the kitchen floor, and give you more shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. If you don't get the service you get what is there when you arrive and will have to replenish yourself. They are right in the beach and boardwalk but quiet. The patio is large and you have a view of the ocean. They have a small pool but it is in the shade mostly which is nice to get out of the sun. There is also a small kids splash area out in the sun. They have a shower and foot wash for after the beach even though the boardwalk entrance has one but that is very sandy whereas the hotel one is not. There is a restaurant on location which is convenient. There is a small arcade five blocks away but the good rides and arcade are 15 blocks away either way on the boardwalk you go. The one downside, which is an issue in ocean city everywhere, is parking. You only get one spot with the two bedroom and we brought two cars so we had to park in the street which we just happened to snag a spot. The hotel next door and visitors all take these spots so it can be difficult to get one. The bell hop is outside to help with your bags but only until 6pm which we were not told. Overall this is a great place and I will come back again.

The Best!

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time we got there till the moment we left the service was excellent! I would especially want to give a special thanks to Tasha at the front desk. Time after time I dealt with Tasha on a couple different questions and she always greated me with a smile and made me feel like I was family and had known her forever. It's not everyday you meet such a warm and helpful customer service person such as her. Thanks again Tasha for going above and beyond to accommodate me and my family during out stay. From the captains restaurant to the pool and cleanliness of the hotel, it made a wonderful stay for us. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again as soon as we visit Ocean city again!!!!

2 Day Stay

Everything was wonderful except that the shower was not handicap accessible. We thought the rooms were accessible, but this may have been a misunderstanding. The doors were wide enough for a wheelchair, but the shower door was not. Neither restroom had handbars. Our grandson is wheelchair bound and had a hard time with both of these things. In fact he used the restroom by the pool whenever he could. The pool chairlift and maintenance staff were wonderful helping him get into the pool. They went beyond to help him into the water. We were under the impression that the rooms were handicap accessible so the staff helped in any way the could. The rooms and all staff were exceptional. The view from the balcony is superb and security is obviously well maintained. Parking is easy and access to the beach and boardwalk was only a few steps away.

Our vacation

Overall we found the condo at 504 to be very well appointed and comfortable. However, there are two complaints. It is advertized to sleep 8. We found that the bedroom with two beds may work for 4 children, but not 4 adults. The beds are full size, not queen. In addition, the sofa bed, which is queen size needs a new mattress. Every single spring in the mattress can be easily identified and felt. Without these changes, it should advertize sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults, 4 children. Other than that, it was great. Very spacious and clean upon arrival. Nice balcony.

Spring OC Trip

We found the employees very pleasant and eager to help. The location is great and the Condo was beautiful, which made up for the cold weather. We appreciated the large storage spaces. Some of us enjoyed the exercise room and the pool. One comment--the pool area is very wet from pool use, seems dangerous.
